Our goal is to help new Operators in any business avoid much of the trial & error that plagues business start-ups (especially when the operator may not have a background in traditional business operations) or take the experienced operator to the next level, allowing them more time to grow their business instead of working to simply maintain it.
Our unique position allows us to fill in knowledge gaps and take mundane tasks off the table so the client has more time to concentrate on innovating and increasing their business.
If you are accepted as a client of IDI, you will be given access to our network of financial and operations experts to fine tune your business, along with a Customer Service representative that will be your full time contact to troubleshoot any issues that arise and to help navigate changes as they pertain to industry landscapes. Along with that, you will be able to choose from a menu of services that we can perform for you on a regular basis.
